Using our site
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Our caffeinated products are made for adults.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency you choose (every 2, 4 or 6 weeks) at the subscription price, until you cancel. We’ll email you at least 5 days before each renewal. You can skip, change or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing general@bloomday.org; changes made at least 3 days before a ship date apply to that order. We’ll notify you before any price change takes effect.
Promotions
Discount codes are one per order, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may expire. The founding-list 20% code applies to a customer’s first order only.
Caffeine and health
Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Our caffeinated products are not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, or anyone pregnant or nursing. Please read our caffeine & health disclaimer before drinking Bloomday.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our shipping & returns policy and First Case Guarantee.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and design, belongs to Bloomday Beverage Co. and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bloomday is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
