Everything ships from Denver, Colorado. Here's what to expect, and what happens if something isn't right.

Processing
Orders placed by noon Mountain Time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and US federal holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your label prints.
Where we ship
- Cans ship to the contiguous United States (not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses, because of weight and carrier limits).
- Drink-mix sticks ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- We don’t ship internationally yet.
Lost, late or damaged
If tracking hasn’t moved in 5 business days, or cans arrive dented and leaking, email general@bloomday.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace or refund the affected items.
The 30-day First Case Guarantee
Your first order of each Bloomday product is covered. If it’s not for you, email general@bloomday.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method, opened or not. You don’t need to send anything back.
- One guarantee claim per product, per customer.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days; your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
Other returns
Unopened cases and boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us for a prepaid return label; we deduct $7.95 from your refund to cover it. Because they’re food products, we can’t resell or accept returns of opened items outside the First Case Guarantee.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause or cancel anytime by emailing general@bloomday.org. Changes made at least 3 days before your next ship date apply to that order. If a renewal ships that you meant to skip, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll refund unopened items.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by state law.
